The good news is courts take shit like this into account, for sentencing, so they will know he is not remorseful. Given this post, it doesn't seem he has retained good legal counsel, which should have told him to shut the %^$%& up.

i have to say I am pleased that the two top comments are both condemning him. One from a competitor in the race and one from an ex Marshall so both people who can comment.
I personally just cannot comprehend that level of stupidity and the fact that even after spending a night in prison he still thinks it's funny. Utter dickbag.
